Aluminium Scrap Melting Furnace Melting and recycling the aluminum scraps from car or motorcycle alloy wheel hubs and other alloys in meting furnaces is the most advanced technology in the world. It will surely replace the crucible recycling and it is an inevitable choice in aluminum recycling technology and equipment. The traditional crucible aluminum recycling has a low productivity with high costs in labor, crucible equipments and fuels. Then the aluminum liquid needs to be re-cast to ingots, which is less convenient than to directly cast the refined liquid in the aluminum melting furnace to products. This production line is composed of two parts: Aluminum purification treatment device and double-chamber aluminum melting furnace The aluminum purification treatment device comprises of a chip grinder, a dryer (optional), an elevating conveyer, a vertical conveyer, a rotary drying oven, a vibrating screen, a magnetic separator, a pipeline, an electrical control system, a fire tube.
